Answer: After you have added items to your shopping cart and are ready to place an order, choose the "order offline" option instead of "secure order". At this point you can either print out the order and fax it to Buy Shutters Direct with the Credit Card number written in or you can call Buy Shutters Direct. A representative will be able to view your order after you give him/her your e-mail address. You will then be able to give your Credit Card number to Buy Shutters Direct over the phone. 3. Answer: No. Shipping will be added to each order.  Shipping is $6.00 for each pair of shutters, with a minimum charge of $24.95. Delivery is in the continental United States:  Hawaii and Alaska are not included.  You must be available to accept delivery, or delivery and storage charges may be added by the freight company 2. How long will it take to get my shutters? Answer: It varies, but 90% of all shipments are made within 14 days. 3.  Do you ship internationally? Answer: No , we ship products to continental United States only (48 States).
